건강한 다이어트, 쉬운 다이어트 방법.

내가 하는 다이어트 방법을 많은 분들께 알리고 싶어요. 효과적이고 쉬운 다이어트 방법이예요. 아주 쉽게 잛은 시간에 다이어트를 해서 날씬해지고 싶은 사람들이 많지요. 나도 그런 생각 했으니까요... 다이어트하는 방법이나 종료가 다양하지만 중요한 것은 건강한 다이어트 방법이에요. 다이어트를 하기 위해서 꼭 해야 하는 것은 운동과 음식 조절이에요. 운동이라고 하니까 어렵게 생각하면 안 되요. 아주 간단하고 쉬워요. 하루에 1 시간 걷기 운동하고 시간 나는 대로 줄넘기나 훌라후프 하면 되요. 훌라후프는 뱃살 뺄 때 최고이며 날씬한 허리 만드는데 효과가 커요. 음식을 적당하게 먹고 과일이나 채소 주로 먹으며 된잔찌게 , 시금치국 등 발효 식품들은 소화 잘되기 때문에 다이어트하는데도 효과적이에요. 이런식으로 하면 1 주일에 2-3키로 정도 빠지고, S 라인도 살아나와요. 지속적으로 열심히 하면 1달만에 10키로정도 빠질 수 있어요.

몽골 음식

몽골의 주식은 고기이기 때문에 주로 고기 들어가는 음식이 많습니다. 몽골인들은 청둥기 시대부터 야상 동물들을 집짐승으로 길들어 왔으며, 흉누시대에는 목축이 상당히 발전했다고 합니다. 옛날부터 몽골인들은 야상 동물이나 가축으로부터 먹거리 및 생활거리를 해왔기 때문에 고기는 몽골인들이 빠질 수 없는 음식이 됬습니다. 어떤 사람들은 몽골 주식이 고기라고 하면 고기만 먹는 줄 압니다. 하지만 그렇지 않고 쌀, 밀가루, 야체 등을 이용해서 다양한 으식을 만듭니다. 몽골 음식을 국, 복음과 튀김, 슬러드, 삶은 음식, 찐 음식 등으로 분류할 수 있다. 몽골의 전통적인 음식은 보즈(만두), 호오시오르, 허르헉, 초이완 등이다. 보즈는 몽골식 고기 만두인데 소, 양, 말, 염소 고기를 양파, 마늘, 다시다(양념), 소금 등으로 간을 맞춰서 밀가루에 싸서 만든다.

cashmere 이란 것은 염소털이다.

캐시미어는 부드럽고 , 가볍고, 따뜻하고, 고급스럽다. 보온성이 좋고 윤기가 있어 코트, 스웨터, 드레스, 스카프 등을 만드는 데 쓰인다. 캐시미어는 염소 털인데 몽골, 이란, 중국, 카작스탄, 우지백스탄 등 나라에서 생산된다. 이중에서 질이 최고 좋은 것은 목축의 나라 몽골 염소털이다. 몽골 날씨가 겨울에 줍고, 여름에 덥기 때문에 염소털이 봄, 여름에 바져서 가을이 되면 다시 새로 나온다. 몽골 염소 털을 이용해서 캐시미어 제품 만드는 몽골의 큰 회사들은 GOVI, GOYO이다.
몽골 캐시미어 군네 에서 생선되기도 하지만 중국, 러시어, 유럽, 캐나다 등 나라로 수출한다.

At 1,776ft, Freedom Tower will be over 400ft taller than the twin towers and over 100ft taller than Taipei 101 in Taiwan, currently the world’s tallest building.

 Next tallest building is Taipei 101.

Taipei 101 is a 101 floor landmark located in Taipei, Taiwan. At 1670 ft. high, it has an aesthetically pleasing design and certainly brightens up the Taipei skyline. It is officially the world’s tallest building in the following categories – highest structurally, highest roof and highest occupied floor. (The Sears Tower in Chicago, USA is the tallest building in terms of overall height) The building was designed by C.Y.Lee & partners and constructed by KTRT Joint Venture from 1999-2004. It holds the honours of the highest building till the completion of the Burj Dubai tower as international architectural standards define a building as a structure that can be occupied.
